Will DirecTV Now provide free DVR?

DirecTV Now's DVR service has been in beta since July 2017, and we still don't know much about AT&T's plans for the service. A couple reports this weekend, however, are shedding some light on what we'll get when the service goes public, and what we can expect to pay.

M. Night Shyamalan producing psychological thriller for Apple

We still don't know when or even how we'll be able to watch all of these shows coming to Apple's streaming service, but we do know what the next one will be. Apple has given a straight-to-series order to a 10-episode physhological thriller executive produced by M. Night Shyamalan.

1st gen Apple TV losing iTunes Store compatibility on May 25th

Apple has announced the 1st generation Apple TV will no longer connect to the iTunes Store after a security update on May 25th. Considering the original Apple TV was released back in 2007, this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. In fact, Apple officially declared it obsolete/vintage in September of 2015. It's time to move on.

Opinion: YouTube app update misses the mark

A report earlier this week at Patently Apple states that "... Apple has updated their Apple TV logo trademark by adding all things related to gaming." This could amount to nothing, but there are reasons to hope Apple TV gaming could grow into something larger.
