CES is going on this week in Las Vegas. Although we expect the press to be distracted by that, we didn't expect Apple TV app developers to be, too. Or maybe it's Apple and they just haven't been approving apps. Still, we were able to find some gems.


“See” Apple’s next drama series

Another day, another new TV show from Apple. The latest is a straight-to-series order of "See." Billed as an epic, world-building drama set in the future, "See" is written by "Peaky Blinders" creator Steven Knight and directed by Francis Lawrence of "Hunger Games" fame.


CES 2018: 54 million people are watching Hulu

Streaming media service Hulu announced yesterday that it closed its fiscal year 2017 with more than 17 million total subscribers—54 million total unique viewers—to its subscription on demand and live TV services in the U.S.

Furthering their push into original TV programming, Apple has added the docuseries Home to their growing list of shows. Home joins Are You Sleeping starring Octavia Spencer, a TV morning show drama starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, and more.
