A great sound bar to boost your Apple TVs audio potential

We talk so much about video on BESTAppleTV that we often forget the importance of audio. A good analogy would be buying a great car and forgetting to fill it with gas…good gas. With so many great movies and TV shows available on your Apple TV device, many people are missing out on good quality audio to take full advantage of the experience.

Even today’s modern 4K TVs can have lousy audio speakers. That’s why it’s important to find the right audio system to move your sound to the next level.

There are lots of great sound systems you could buy, but if space around your television is at a premium and money in your pocket is too, we’ve found a great deal on a quality soundbar that’ll work with any TV, including 4K models, guaranteed to seriously beef up the audio performance of any TV on the market.

We’re talking about the Bose Solo 5 Sound System, which is now being offered at a pre-Christmas discount of $199 with free shipping. It delivers some very good sound performance in one extremely easy-to-install package.

While it doesn’t quite offer up the hardcore bass and audio punch of other more professional (and expensive) sound systems for larger living rooms, the Solo sound bar is nearly perfect for a 4K UHD TV in a confined space and is really priced to sell as part of an overall cost-saving home theater system.

I personally have an older version of the Solo and I can attest to the fact it boosts audio performance to a level TVs speakers simply can’t match. Crisper voices and sharper music would be the two main advantages of a Bose Solo 5 Sound System.

Here are some additional features of the Solo…

  • Bluetooth connectivity to wirelessly stream music from any of your devices
  • One connection to your TV. Optical audio input (digital); Coaxial audio input (digital); 3.5 mm aux input (analog)
  • Universal remote controls TV, bass, Bluetooth connections and more
  • Speaker:2.6 H x 21.6 W x 3.4 D (3.73 lbs), Remote control:4.1 H x 1.6 W x 0.4 D (5 oz)

It’s available right now on Bose.com at this link for a 20 percent discount of $199.00 with free shipping. We do NOT get an affiliate referral fee for the recommendation. We feel very confident in recommending this product based on our results.

The Sonos Base (a base is bigger and has better bass because of it), Sonos Beam (the cheapest of them), and Sonos Playbar along with the Yamaha YAS-706 (also cheaper) are much better options.
