Apple’s new online store for military veterans includes Apple TV discounts

Following the trend of many U.S. retailers both online and physical, Apple has opened a dedicated online store that offers military veterans discounts across the majority of the company’s product line. Any current or veteran member of the U.S. Military, National Guard and Reserve is eligible for the discount. The offer also extends to immediate family members who reside in the same home.

To take advantage of the offer, buyers must first agree to the terms and conditions which include a warning about resale. The discounts are available to end-user customers only, and, “Apple reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Apple suspects you are purchasing for resale.”

Once they’ve accepted the terms and conditions and confirmed their eligibility, customers are taken to the Veterans and Military Purchase Plan page with the discounts already applied. Relevant to our audience, the following offers are available:

Apple TV 4K

  • 32GB – $161 (normally $179)
  • 64GB – $179 (normally $199)

Apple TV (4th Gen)

  • 32GB – $134 (normally $149)

Two years of Apple Care are available for all models for an additional $26.00. Special financing is available, and it currently comes with an offer of two $25 Apple gift cards for new applicants.

To take advantage of the new Veterans and Military Purchase Plan, customers can log into the store at Apple’s website.
