CBS to stream Super Bowl LIII without a sign-in through Apple TV

CBS announced Tuesday plans to air Super Bowl LIII this February on various devices without a sign-in, including Apple TV.

In addition to streaming through local network affiliates, viewers will have the option to watch on mobile devices without a sign-in through CBS Sports’ website and mobile apps. You’ll also have mobile access through authenticated apps from CBS’ cable, satellite, telecom, and streaming TV partners.

All Access subscribers will also have access with prices starting at $5.99 per month with no commercials and $9.99 per month commercial-free, with the exception of live TV. Along with streaming access rights on mobile devices, NFL on CBS authenticated streaming rights also extend to mobile for cable, satellite, telco, and vMVPD partners.

The expanded access comes as part of a new agreement with the National Football League that was announced earlier this year.

Super Bowl 53 will be held in Atlanta on February 3, 2019.
