Nat Geo TV app adds FOX programming

Nat Geo TV is one of the go-to channels for families seeking programming involving nature, science, culture, and history. With popular shows such as The Incredible Dr. Pol, Wicked Tuna, Mars, and The Story of God With Morgan Freeman, there’s always content to challenge and educate. And with yesterday’s update, FOX, FX, and FXX programming has been added to the mix.

FOX primetime shows and FX / FXX originals and movies are available with a TV provider login such as DirecTV Now and Sling. Live TV shows can be restarted from the beginning if you come in late, and National Geographic and Nat Geo Wild shows continue to be available on demand.

Other updates include a new and improved user experience that makes it easier to find and discover shows. Collections are grouped by science & exploration, adventure, animals and family to help you get to the content you want, and a personalized For You section recommends content based on your viewing habits.

In addition, subscribers can now seamlessly connect Nat Geo TV across all devices.

Nat Geo TV is available for free in the App Store, but you will need to sign in with your participating TV provider account to get the most out of the app.
