TSN finally available on Apple TV in Canada

Canadian Apple TV users have always been a bit behind their U.S. counterparts in terms of available content on the device. The situation is slowly improving, however, as evidenced by TSN joining the line-up.

TSN (The Sports Network) is a Canadian sports channel broadcast in English. ESPN owns 20% of the network which is the main broadcaster of NHL Hockey in Canada.

The TSN Go app is free to download and offers no in-app purchases, but access to live streams requires that you either sign in with your cable operator subscription access or subscribe to TSN Direct for CAD24.99 a month. TSN Go offers live streams from different regions of Canada as well as a lot of on-demand content so you can catch-up later.

From the World Juniors, to the Grey Cup, the UEFA European Championship, the FIFA World Cup, and The Masters – you won’t miss a minute of the biggest moments in sports, no matter where you are.

You can also catch nightly editions of SportsCenter – Canada’s #1 sports news and information show featuring all your favourite hosts: Rod Smith, Dutchy and Jen, Kate and Natasha, and more!

Note that video content is only available in Canada, and regional blackouts may apply.

The TSN Go app is available for free in the App Store.
