Walking Dead seasons discounted on US/UK iTunes as season 9 starts

The Walking Dead starts its ninth season this Sunday on AMC in the United States. Love it or hate it, AMC has been preparing viewers for weeks with promotions and teases.

This year the hype is even greater because we know it’s the last season of Andrew Jackson in the role of Deputy Sheriff Rick Grimes struggling to survive in the U.S. that is overrun by zombies.

If you have never seen the show, catching-up may be hard as TWD is available on Netflix only in the U.S.

Fortunately, you can always hunt for discounts on iTunes and this time Apple has a promotion on previous seasons in its U.S. and U.K. online stores.

You can see this deal, among others, on our special page updated on a daily basis. It’s hard to tell how long this deal is going to last so act quickly.

In Europe, season nine will debut on Monday in the U.K. and Poland on local FOX channels. The episode will be followed by after-show “The Talking Dead” hosted as usual by Chris Hardwick, however, in Europe, this talk show is only available in Great Britain.

It can be watched on TVPlayer (paid subscription required) through its Apple TV app, NowTV with the Entertainment Pass option and on SkyQ box-sets in its VOD library.
In Poland, from the beginning of October satelite operator NC+ added FOX content library to its NC+ Go service that can be watched on iOS app.
